We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note - we do not offer free returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the order number.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return on a wig that has been worn, tried on, styled, brushed or used in any way. We often ask for photographs of the item before it is returned to us. All wigs returned to us will be examined upon receipt. Any item found to be used, soiled, carrying a heavy smell (smoke, perfume), without a tag or in a condition that would prevent resale, will be returned to sender and we would not be able to issue a refund.
If there is a fault with a wig, or we've sent you the wrong item, please do get in touch and we will arrange a return for you ASAP.
Lashes and Nails
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lashes or nails that have been tried on, used or removed from the packaging at all.

If you would like to request a return on any of our other products, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We quality check all items that leave the warehouse, but sometimes some damages do slip past us.
Please contact us immediately if the item you ordered is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will always try to help as best we can with any issues you have with a product, so please don't hesitate to contact us for some advice, even if you aren't sure your item is able to be returned.
